Products purchased from UAOP on-line may be taken or mailed, along with the original sales slip, to a U.A.O.P Dealer . Please click on the Store Locations link located on the homepage of our website or contact one our U.A.O.P Dealers.

 

Personalization

In accordance with applicable laws in Canada governing the purchase and sale of special goods made to order, withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products such as, for example, those with the client’s initials engraved on the product. The client is advised that images, photographs and samples of the engraving may differ from the appearance of the actual product.

 

Shipping & Delivery

For security reasons, U.A.O.P online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order. Custom Orders Allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In addition, U.A.O.P cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond U.A.O.P control.

 

Tracking

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@uaopluggage.com

 

Product Availability


Our products are made in very exclusive numbers world wide. U.A.O.P products available for purchase on-line include handbags, wallets, luggage. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order. Each client may make on-line purchases of up to 2 items per style.

 

Payment

U.A.O.P accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • mastercard

  • american express

  • Paypal

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.

 

Sales Tax

U.A.O.P charges provincial, federal and harmonized taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

The on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax and the actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. Please note you will not incur any additional fees upon receipt.

 

Priority Waiting List

We offer our clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and will be replenished. When you order these items, you will be placed on a priority waiting list so that you can be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. Expected ship dates will be listed on the product page and also during checkout once the item(s) is added to your shopping bag. We do our best to provide the most accurate dates, but please be aware that your items can arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Also, your credit card will only be charged for waiting list items at the time of the order.
